Logs


Error reporting is a useful option to allow in GoClixy when trying to troubleshoot errors on your website. Some of these errors usually result in a blank page.

Once the log is activated, the error gives you clues as to which part of the website is causing the issue.

Enable Logs

  • You must be login to GoClixy Admin Panel, once you have logged in then, you need to navigate to the  Developer->Logs.
  • To enable Logs, click the Settings tab.
  • Select an option from Log the Following dropdown as shown below and click the Save Log Settings button.

To view logs, click the Logs tab.

Click the Purge Cache button to clear the cache and logs.
