FAQs

Add

The Add New FAQ screen appears. This is the page where you can add a new faq to your website.

  • Type a name in the Group field to select a group.
  • Type a question in the Question field. This is the basic question a site visitor might want an answer to, e.g., "How do I generate a new license file?"
  • In the Answer field, enter your answer. Use the HTML editor to format your answer.
  • The Priority field controls the order the faqs display. Items assigned the same display order will sort alphabetically. The lower value faqs will always be displayed on the top.
  • Click the Save button to save your changes.

Edit

To edit a faq that already exists on your site, go to Content->FAQs- in your site Admin dashboard. Click on the Question of the faq you want to edit in the list provided. If your list spans several pages, you can click through each page or enter your faq's title in the search box.

Delete

Visit Content->FAQs page. From here you can click on the bulk select box on top to select all faqs displayed on the page. If you don’t want to delete all of the selected faqs, then you can now go ahead and uncheck those faqs. Otherwise, scroll down to the footer and click on the Delete button to delete all faqs.

Groups

The Groups section helps you organize your groups in groups. Use them to refine the group, e.g., Characteristics, General.

  • Select an ICON for your group.
  • Select icon from https://ionicons.com/ and input name here. e.g. checkmark, checkmark-circle, etc.
  • The Priority field controls the order the groups display. Items assigned the same display order will sort alphabetically. The lower value groups will always be displayed on the top.
  • Click the Save button to save your changes.
