At GoClixy, we are proud of our work and like the feeling that we get when we look at a website and it reads, “Coded with Heart by GoClixy”.
That is our signature and it is there to give us credit to those who are using our FREE Edition. This not only gives respect to a large amount of time given freely by the developers but also helps build interest, traffic, and use of our free and paid versions.

You are allowed to use our FREE Edition only if you agree to the following conditions:

• You will not remove the copyright notice "Coded with Heart by GoClixy" and "Copyright © GoClixy" from the template file footer including the link to https://www.goclixy.com/.
• If you modify the template design it still should contain copyright because it is based on our work.
• You may copy, distribute, modify, etc. FREE EDITION as long as link to our website remains untouched.
• You must keep atleast one GoClixy banner on your website that points to our official website https://www.goclixy.com/.

The software is distributed "as is". No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. You use at your own risk. Neither the author, the licensor nor the agents of the licensor will be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this software.

FREE, BUSINESS AND DEVELOPER EDITIONS

• As per our license, you are not allowed to resell any files that hold GoClixy proprietary license to third parties, or use access to our product as a selling point with customers or potential customers. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate termination of this license and may result in criminal prosecution.
