  • Can I have my own Payment Gateway?

    GoClixy supports more than 60 payment gateways, but not all of them are enabled by default. Please share your payment gateway details, we will let you know the possibility of its integration.

  • How can I add my SMS gateway?

    Login to the Admin Panel, go to Settings->SMS Gateways and edit the Global Gateway. Add your SMS Gateway API parameters.

  • Can I request for a Refund if I have not utilised your script/do not believe it suits my need?

    Unfortunately, we do not have a refund policy. The refund policy is only applicable to Physical Products/Subscription Websites, GoClixy is a digital product that is immediately provided to our customers on their purchase, it cannot be returned, so once the payment is received for any of our scripts there will be no refund available.

  • Does the price include Technical Support?

    Not all plans include Technical Support, if you have purchased one of our non-support plans, you must buy our 1 Year Priority Technical Support subscription plan to get access to our ticket system.

  • Can I upgrade my plan from a lower edition to a higher one?

    The edition cannot be changed or upgraded after purchase, please finalize your plan before making the purchase.

  • Do you provide customization?

    Services such as design modifications, theme development, and feature enhancements are charged extra on an hourly basis. The hourly rate depends on the type of customization. Share your requirements at info@goclixy.com for cost estimation and delivery duration.

  • Can I install the script on localhost?

    Yes, you can install the script on localhost, but the features will be locked even you have purchased a plan. To unlock all features and themes, install the script on a live site.

  • Does the price include domain and hosting?

    The price does not include domain and hosting, you must buy it from a hosting provider.

  • I have encountered a bug, how can I contact?

    We do not provide priority technical support in all our subscription plans. If you have purchased our non-support subscription plan, submit your bug information on our community forum, it will be resolved in our upcoming releases. For faster resolution, buy our 1 Year Priority Technical Support subscription plan and create a support ticket.

  • What happens after my subscription expires?

    Our license includes lifetime product usage, however, support and updates are valid for one year only. One month before the end of your subscription, we will send you a reminder message that your subscription is expiring soon; you could renew your subscription. Renewal is optional. Once your subscription is expired, the software will still work with all the features, but you will not receive any future updates. You will also lose access to the ticket system and no technical support will be provided.
